②When the printing plate has serious swelling or local slack, the operating pressure of the squeegee is slightly higher, and the squeegee is loosened before the cutting edge of the squeegee, and the pattern on the layout is shifted accordingly, and the pattern printed on the fabric A double image is formed.

 

③When printing, the positioner that has the function of aligning the pattern is too large or the positioner is loose. When the squeegee moves, the printing plate is pushed, and the back and forth movement of the squeegee causes the screen to shift printing.

 

④The pattern printed on the fabric is not clear. When the fabric or the plate is shifted when scratched again, it is easy to reprint.
